Characters
Almost thirty characters, some of them only available for a specific lapse or in-game event, some until the end.
The intent with the character cast is to give a lot of variety in roles and personalities.
All characters can be developed in a lot of ways, some of them specific to each character.
Prime Cast
Characters that will be with you until the end.
Hikari Morishita (17 years),
The main character. She will embark in her journey after getting graduated from The Academy, and being enlisted officially in the main forces. AT LAST! Lots of people to help and 'monsters' to kill! "I will be a heroine".
Her journey will change when she starts to discover the truth of the world behind scenes, and getting interested in what occurred in the past, she will follow its trace and will get her nose on dangerous places!
Soldier, melee combatant. Lives in Fierro in her uncle's house, along with her sister. But she is from Yamashiru, a neo-japanese empire "who opposed to join forces with the rest of the world, and of course, against The Academy".

Minuet Vijuphrava (18 years),
Hikari's schoolfellow in The Academy, they are friends since then. Now her combat comrade. Sarcastic and a little serious, but with a passive nature.
Light Wizard, can cause damage with powerful "spells" or give some emergency support. She got a substantial heritage from her parents, whose died in the last war, the most of it was used to cover her instruction in The Academy. She lives in Aleko.
She lives just for her work as a member of The Academy, as it's her only mean of life she has access to by now. As she accompanies Hikari, they both get to uncover the mysteries of the past, and BOTH get interested on it. Hikari as a naïve heroine-wannabe, and Minuet as a lover of knowledge.

Leader of the squad, considered a valuable strategist at its young age. Having lost its parents at a very early age because of the war, he lived his early childhood in an orphanage. He lost his left arm when saving a friend.
Soldiers can emphasize either on melee or not, this case being the latter. He uses a variety of skills to dispatch enemies and change the situation to its group favour. Lives in Aleko. Fighting for the Academy is not only his way of living, but it's also his reason of living. Having a grudge against the war, he dreams only of achieving peace by the only way he knows: force.

Academy Forces
Francis Mitsinikos, Aleko Academy Headmaster. It seems that his ancestor, who shares his name and surname, was the founder of the Academy, with Tim Timberelli, the long-lived man. His past is uncertain, and even with his fame across the Academy, we don't know almost anything about him. Only Timberelli would know...
Tim Timberelli, the long lived man. With over five hundred years, he is the last of the ancient humans, whose developed longevity as natural response to the almost imminent extinction. He's like an alien, by the fact that his skin is greenish, and in appearence some even say it resembles to a green gnome. His personality is the product of his longevity, having witnessed many horrid moments in humanity history.
Lilims
Sometimes referred as "monsters". Normally enemies of humankind, but some of them are just unharmful.
"Great Monsters Trio". Vetis the fish, Gorgo the demihuman and Nybras the dragon. Some small monsters that are bound by some kind of friendship. They TRY to cause some ruckus, but even if the Academy has them localized, they don't even care about their "mischievous" actions. Because they aren't not much more than a little nuisance.
"King of Beasts" Tezcatlipoca, the one that once proclaimed himself lord of all lilims and destroyer of humanity. Under his command, lilims almost destroyed all civilization, but it was defeated by "The Four Heroes from the Past".
Tezcatlipoca is a living concience. It invades other creatures and makes them its host. When it doesn't has a host, it manifests physically as some kind of smoke.
Utgarims
Half-monster, half humans. Their beast part predominates over the human one.
Mana and Manju, the two utgarims that are known to have been possesed by the "King of Beasts" Tezcatlipoca (discarding the previous known host, whose identity it's unknown). Manju was the older sister of Mana. Since Manju's death, Mana accepted the conscience of Tezcatlipoca, and now it's his host.
